WordPress Maintenance
Monthly maintenance — core/theme/plugin updates, uptime monitoring, backup management, and priority support.
Trusted by founders & teams across the US, UK & UAE

What WordPress Maintenance involves
A WordPress site without ongoing maintenance degrades quietly. Plugins accumulate updates that introduce compatibility issues. Databases grow and slow queries down. Security gaps open in outdated software. Caches stale. None of this announces itself — it just costs you performance, rankings, and eventually leads when something breaks at the wrong time.
Monthly maintenance keeps your site healthy before problems surface. Updates are staged and tested. Backups are taken daily and stored offsite. Uptime is monitored continuously. You get a monthly report showing everything that was done, and a direct contact for anything that comes up.

Updates staged before they go live
Plugin and core updates are applied to a staging copy first. If something breaks, it breaks on staging — not on your live site in front of customers.
Daily offsite backups
Backups stored separately from your hosting mean a server failure cannot take your backup with it. We restore-test backups periodically to make sure they actually work.
One contact who knows your site
Not a support ticket queue staffed by strangers. The same developer who maintains your site handles your support requests — with full context on your setup.

Is WordPress Maintenance right for you?
Use this section to decide whether a custom build is the right investment now, or whether a lighter update would be enough.
Best fit when
Your website needs to support growth, search visibility, clean editing, and a distinct brand experience.
Strong-fit situations
Each card describes a practical use case, not just a keyword variation. That keeps the page helpful and index-worthy.
- Fit 01
Business owners who do not want to manage plugin updates
A single failed update can break your site. Staged testing before applying updates prevents this from happening to your live site.
- Fit 02
Sites that have gone down before without anyone noticing
Continuous uptime monitoring means you find out immediately when something breaks, rather than when a customer tells you.
- Fit 03
Companies where the website is essential to operations or revenue
A site generating leads or processing orders needs the same reliability as any other business-critical system.
- Fit 04
Organisations without an in-house developer
Monthly maintenance gives you an experienced WordPress developer on call without the cost of hiring one full-time.
- Fit 05
Anyone who has recovered from a hack or data loss before
Daily backups and security monitoring prevent the next incident from happening, or ensure rapid recovery if something does occur.

Questions about WordPress Maintenance
What happens if an update breaks something?
We test all updates on a staging environment before applying them to your live site. If a compatibility issue only appears after going live, we restore from the pre-update backup, investigate the conflict, and apply a fix before trying again. You never need to experience a broken live site as a result of our update process.
Can you take over maintenance of a site you did not build?
Yes. We start with a technical audit to understand the setup, document the plugin stack, theme structure, and any custom code, address any immediate security or performance issues, and then begin the regular monthly cycle. Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All maintenance plans are month-to-month with one month's notice to cancel. We keep clients because the service produces results, not because we lock anyone in.
What is included in the monthly report?
The monthly report covers: updates applied during the month, backup status confirmation, uptime monitoring results, current load speed benchmarks, any security alerts and how they were resolved, and the remaining support hours used on your plan. It is written in plain language, not technical jargon.
Can I add extra support hours if I need them?
Yes. Plan hours are a baseline for minor content changes and routine support. If you need larger updates or additional features, we quote them separately at the same hourly rate as the plan. You are never charged for anything beyond the monthly plan without agreement first.
